How to take

Adults should take 1 capsule twice a day after meals.
Precautions
This medication should not be taken by women in the first 3 months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant due to the risk of congenital malformations from excessive vitamin A intake; do not exceed 5,000 IU per day.
