Additionally, it is crucial not to take this medication together with other products containing acetaminophen, as it may increase the risk of liver damage. If symptoms such as hives, swelling, chest tightness, pale complexion, cold sweat, or difficulty breathing occur during treatment, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Patients taking this medication along with barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, or alcohol may experience decreased degradation of acetaminophen, leading to prolonged half-life and increased hepatotoxicity. If hypersensitivity reactions such as hives, redness, and itching occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately. Rarely, severe symptoms such as allergic skin rash, bleeding, angioedema, or anaphylaxis may occur. If liver function impairment is suspected, it is essential to stop taking this medication and consult a doctor, and symptoms such as gastrointestinal disturbances, bleeding, drowsiness, dizziness, and headache should also be monitored closely. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should only take this medication when the benefits outweigh the risks, as its safety has not been established. Use caution when taking this medication with alcohol or central nervous system depressants, as interactions may increase side effects. This medication should be kept out of the reach of children and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Additionally, to prevent misuse and maintain quality, it should not be transferred to other containers.
