Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Adults (excluding pregnant women): Administer 75g of dextrose. Pregnant women: Administer 100g of dextrose.

Children's dosage

Children: Administer 1.75g of dextrose per kg of body weight, not exceeding 75g of dextrose.

Precautions

This drug should not be used in patients with dextrose-galactose malabsorption. Caution should be exercised in patients with diabetes insipidus, and it should be taken according to a doctor's instructions. Gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension, diarrhea, and abdominal pain may occur during use.
