This medicine is used to relieve symptoms associated with colds such as runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours. Do not exceed 8 tablets in a day.

Precautions

This medication may cause liver damage in individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks per day, so it should be used only after consulting a doctor or pharmacist. This medication contains pseudoephedrine, which may cause serious skin reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis; if fever, erythema, or small pustules occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Individuals with allergies to this drug or its components or those with a history of asthma attacks should not take this medication. Do not take this medication if you are currently taking or have recently stopped taking specific drugs such as antidepressants or antipsychotics, or if you have peptic ulcer disease, severe liver, kidney, or heart disorders. Alcohol users or those with specific genetic lactose intolerances should also not take this medication. While taking this medication, do not take other products containing acetaminophen, and avoid driving or operating machinery as drowsiness may occur. Avoid consuming alcohol or sedatives simultaneously. Individuals with allergic tendencies, children, the elderly, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those with specific chronic diseases should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms do not improve or if serious side effects such as rash, vomiting, dizziness, difficulty breathing, or bleeding occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Long-term use requires regular liver function and blood tests; if abnormalities are found, reduce or discontinue the dosage. It is advisable to avoid use in infants under three months of age whenever possible. This drug should be stored away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Keep it in its original container, as transferring it to another container may lead to misuse or quality deterioration.
