This medication is effective for degenerative joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis, and periarthritis of the shoulder. It also helps relieve various pains such as toothache, post-traumatic inflammation, low back pain, sciatica, and pain due to non-articular rheumatism, significantly aiding patients in their daily lives. It is used to reduce inflammation and pain in multiple joints and soft tissues.
As Aseclofenac, take 100 mg twice daily every 12 hours. Do not chew or crush the tablet, take it as is. Adjust dosage as appropriate according to symptoms. To minimize cardiovascular adverse reactions, administer the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration.
This medication may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding in individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol per day, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases; thus, patients with risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes, or smoking should take it cautiously, using the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration. This medication can cause gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforation, especially in elderly patients or those with a history of gastrointestinal diseases. Patients with active peptic ulcers or bleeding, those allergic to this medication or similar medications, those sensitive to asthma or aspirin, and patients with severe heart failure or severe kidney or liver dysfunction should not take this medication. Patients with renal impairment, heart failure, elderly patients, and those with hypertension should have careful evaluation and periodic monitoring by a physician when taking this medication. This medication may cause side effects such as dizziness, gastrointestinal discomfort, abnormal liver enzyme levels, skin rash, and in severe cases, blood abnormalities, anaphylaxis, hepatitis, and kidney failure may occur. This medication should not be used in late pregnancy as it may harm the fetus, and should be used with caution at the lowest dose and shortest duration during early and mid-pregnancy.
