This medication is used to relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, tearing, sore throat, and heaviness in the head caused by colds, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis. Patients should understand that this medicine can help improve inconvenient symptoms related to rhinitis and sinusitis, thus aiding in daily life. It plays a role in effectively controlling these symptoms for comfort.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 and older: Take 1 tablet, 3 times a day after meals.

Precautions

This medication contains pseudoephedrine, and severe skin reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis may occur. If fever, skin rash, or multiple small pustules appear, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medicine should not be taken by infants under 3 months of age or by individuals allergic to this medicine or its ingredients. Additionally, individuals taking MAO inhibitors, including antidepressants or antipsychotic medications, or who have stopped such medications in the last 2 weeks should not take this medication. Patients with severe hypertension, lactose intolerance, genetic metabolic disorders, or severe renal disease should also refrain from using this medication. Do not take this medication with other oral medications for rhinitis or cold medicines containing antihistamines, expectorants, motion sickness medications, or allergy medications. Individuals with allergic conditions such as hives, migraines, or food allergies, or those with a history of drug allergies, should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Patients with heart conditions, glaucoma, urinary difficulties, frailty or high fever, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, and elderly individuals should seek advice from a healthcare professional before use. Additionally, if symptoms such as coughing due to smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, or ischemic colitis arise, discontinue use immediately. If side effects such as hemorrhagic stroke, vomiting, severe thirst, constipation, rashes, itching, or urinary difficulties occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Severe headaches, confusion, seizures, or visual disturbances may also occur, so caution is required. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medication 5 to 6 times, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Children under 2 years of age should not take this medication, and if necessary, medical advice is required. Be sure to follow the prescribed dosage and duration, and do not take for extended periods. Drowsiness may occur while taking this medication, so avoid driving or operating machinery. Additionally, avoid alcohol while taking this medication. Store this medication out of reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place, and in a tightly sealed container. To maintain quality, do not transfer to other containers.
