On hot days or rainy days, I worry about exercising.
I need to decide whether to do home workouts or walk outdoors.
I also stopped using the stepper after a while.
Maybe it would be nice to have some motivation or a friend to work out with.
When I went for a walk, I saw two ladies walking barefoot for exercise.
I was thinking of doing it barefoot like I did before, but I just did it the way I usually do.
The rainy season is over, so I think I should start exercising again slowly, in accordance with my body.
I'm glad I can start exercising again even without friends or motivation.
