Since I hurt my back, I've been getting physical therapy often. The doctor is really thorough with the examinations, and I'm feeling much better.
♡25.12.081st visitI got a back injection from the doctor. About a day or two later, the pain went away and I went to exercise abroad. Since my back and knees are not great, I get injections a couple of times a year and manage to live with it.
