Back and waist pain concerns
Usually in daily life, due to stress.
When the nerves become more sensitive or when you are tense, it becomes even worse.
What comes after making everyday life more comfortable
A feeling as if the muscles of the back, waist, and legs are gathering.
Spinal tension and nerve irritation cause strain up to the lower back. Sometimes the right or left side aches, and if it worsens, it feels like stabbing pain, so I eventually go to orthopedics.
So, in my daily routine, I try to move my body a little more. Walking for 30 minutes to an hour a day helps reduce pain and makes daily life more comfortable.
The problem is that if I don't stretch my body through exercise even for a day, my back or waist feels strained and heavy. Is it because the balance of my back isn't maintained well, starting from the hips on both sides above the pelvis?
Or could it be a nervous issue caused by stress? I'm sensitive. Even if I sit for a long time.
It feels like a little one is coming down, and my legs are also coming together.
I need to move, even though exercising is really hard.
I'm doing it to keep my body healthy.
Why is my skeleton like this...? ...?
