Pain caused by walking 10,000 steps

These days, I walk 10,000 steps a day for health and dieting.

There are a lot of people doing it, right?

I'm in the same situation~~^^

Initially, I started with walking 10,000 steps, and I walked a lot for a while.

I walk 20,000 to 30,000 steps when I walk.

I was also doing some running.

At some point, when you walk a lot, your soles of your feet...

It hurts so much, especially when I wake up during sleep.

When I step on the sole of my foot, it hurts and I have a fever..ㅠㅠ

Oh no!! I realized it...

I thought it might be plantar fasciitis, which I had only heard about in stories.

Is it that I can't walk for a while now, even though I'm hurt...

I was ahead of my thoughts..ㅠ

 

Still, I need to recover quickly, so I went straight to the orthopedic surgeon.

The most accurate and fastest way to check is

They said it's an ultrasound..

I had an ultrasound... heartbeat is one, two beats...

Fortunately, they said it's not plantar fasciitis.. haha

I first thought, "I can walk now.. haha."

 

Then why is that... I think I overexerted myself from walking too much.. haha

He also does stretching well and gives good massages.

I have to walk while doing other things, but I just keep walking without doing anything else.

That's how it is...

Warm-up exercises are needed for arms, legs, knees, and similar areas before exercising.

They do it for me, but they don't do it for my soles...

Haha, that's what they said.. haha

I got scolded.. lol

 

Before going out for a walk after that, the soles of the feet

Even just a simple stretch.

I also replaced the shoe insoles with comfortable, foam-like ones.

If you walk a lot and your soles feel hot,

They alternate between cold and hot compresses.

It was very effective in reducing pain~~

Cold compresses are good for heat sensation and swelling.

Warm compresses are said to be good for blood circulation~

 

Since everyone walks a lot, don't overwork your soles.
