• When you turn plain yogurt into Greek yogurt, the amount decreases significantly🤣 so I just took one spoon!
And I heard it's good to add oligosaccharides to yogurt, so I added 3-4 drops! I looked it up, and it's one teaspoon... but since the yogurt amount is small!
I'm planning to only eat yogurt and oligosaccharides in combination after finishing all my probiotic supplements.
Then I should increase the amount a bit more!
