Although preparing a variety of dishes can be challenging, I always focus on consuming fresh vegetables, cooked vegetables, and proteins such as quality meat, fish, and eggs. In particular, the environment in which proteins are raised and their feed are important. I also eat rice, vegetables, and other foods organically.
But the most important thing is that it's better not to put bad things into your body than to take good things day after day!!
