Once you start drinking, it feels like you keep drinking.
Soju with pork belly, beer with chicken and pizza, wine with cheese, and so on.
There are so many matching combinations.
When you see delicious food, alcohol naturally comes to mindㅠㅠ
However, if you keep drinking alcohol
It harms your health and increases belly fat.
If alcohol consumption becomes more frequent and prolonged
The muscles around the heart are being attacked.
It becomes fibrotic and hardening.
Deformation may occur.
When the muscles become stiff and fibrosis progresses
Various signals transmitted to the heart
It gets disconnected.
These abnormal symptoms include slight tremors in the heart.
Atrial fibrillation may occur.

When I see these kinds of writings and watch my changing body, I always promise myself to quit drinking, haha.
But everyone, staying sober doesn't seem to work well for everyone, right?? ㅠㅠ
So I changed my preferred alcohol!
I don't usually drink beer.
Beer, being an alcoholic beverage made from grains, has a high calorie content.
So, when I really want to drink beer
I drink Hite's Zero Beer!!
(When unavoidable, just a light beer like Cass Light ^^ haha)
It also tastes quite like beer.
It's also around 10 calories, so it's not burdensome.
Since there's no alcohol, one can is enough to satisfy me.
And I drink a lot of distilled spirits.
Distilled spirits lose most of their ingredients during the process, so they contain no nutrients other than alcohol!!
Other types of alcohol are mostly made from grains or fruits, so they have high carbohydrate content!!
But that is not the case with distilled spirits.
So, it means that the carbohydrate content is low!!
In that regard, I have been drinking distilled spirits lately.
But drinking frequently is not good!! Please keep that in mind, haha
The higher the alcohol content, the higher the calories^^
And I don't usually eat snacks!!
Not eating any side dishes is bad for your health.
I choose fresh ones as snacks.
For example, salad, cherry tomatoes, a small amount of cheese, etc.
I avoid choosing greasy, sweet, or salty side dishes.
If I choose such snacks, I keep wanting to eat more.
So I try to eat healthier snacks!!
And I drink water frequently after drinking alcohol, so I don't really think about snacks^^
Here are my top tips for drinking alcohol!!
It's better not to drink alcohol frequently.
Still, I can't completely avoid drinking, haha.
