Additionally, according to the "Harvard Healthy Eating Plate" proposed by Harvard Medical School, half of the meal should consist of vegetables and fruits. However, the actual diet of Koreans shows a significant gap from this guideline.

Vitamin C is an essential substance for collagen synthesis. Insufficient intake of vitamin C inhibits collagen production, weakening all tissues in the body.
