I'm doing 16:8 intermittent fasting to lose weight.
It's been exactly a week now, and I can feel my stomach has shrunk.
It's not a diet that restricts meals, so I don't think it causes obsession.
However, it seems that the digestive ability is weakened.
Although I called it 16:8 intermittent fasting, it often becomes almost 20:4, so I tend to eat food in a short period of time, which seems to cause poor digestion.
Should I change my diet to be healthier in this situation to improve digestion?
I'm not binge eating or eating a lot, but I feel bloated until dinner, and I'm worried.
