Now that the weather is warmer, it's the season for dietingㅠㅠ
So, I want to share my top tips for healthy dieting!!
I am currently managing my health with sweet pumpkin, haha.
Sweet pumpkin is rich in beta-carotene, which helps strengthen immunity and acts as an antioxidant.^^
And above all!!!!!
Since it is rich in dietary fiber, it increases satiety, haha. Then, naturally, the amount of food consumed decreases, which helps with dieting, and because it also lowers sugar content, it has low calories, so I think it's a really good food, haha.
I start my diet by having sweet pumpkin for dinner, haha.
Simply steaming and eating it makes it so fluffy and delicious, haha. On days when I need a crunchy texture, I also make a salad with cabbage to eat together, haha.
Oh, by the way, for those who have dogs!!
Did you know that sweet pumpkin is so good it is called a cure-all for dogs? LOL. I also steam and mash sweet pumpkin, then mix it with chicken breast to make treats. On tiring days, I just share a little of the steamed sweet pumpkin I prepared for my dinner.^^
Then, just watching how eagerly and deliciously they eat makes me feel proud lololol
