How do you overcome chronic fatigue?

At some point, I started eating the same way and moving the same way, but my stamina suddenly dropped. Of course, I know that healthy habits and exercise are the answers, but it's not easy to find the time to exercise and take care of myself 😅

I'm not overworking my body or anything, so I think this much is okay, but I just can't shake off the chronic fatigue, so on my days off, I just want to lie down all day.ㅠ

Especially funny is that eating has a big impact...

Foods that taste like hamburgers or ramen (except for healthy hamburger sandwiches^^;) can't be eaten frequently, is that natural? Haha

Recently, I've been busy and have been eating ramen and kimbap for lunch twice a week. Then I caught a cold and have been going to the hospital for over a week now. I didn't think it was because of the ramen, but someone I know told me that ramen has no nutritional value and that eating it lowers immunity.

Are there any tips you could share to help maintain healthy habits that even modern people know but can't always follow?^^;

I've been sick and haven't drunk coffee for a week, mainly drinking warm tea and ginger tea, and I eat hot meals regularly, but it's tough lol

      씨는 코로나때부터 열심히 먹고 있다가 몇통산거 다먹고 소강상태였구요 다시 먹으려고 최근에 샀는데 디도 중요하군요 감사합니다
