Precautions

This medication may cause liver damage in individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication contains acetaminophen and may rarely cause severe skin reactions; therefore, if a skin rash or hypersensitivity reaction occurs, it must be discontinued immediately. Taking more than the maximum daily dose of 4,000mg can cause liver damage, so it should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen. Individuals with an allergy to this medication or its ingredients or a history of asthma caused by medications should not take it. Infants under three months of age should not take this medication. Individuals with genetic issues such as lactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medication. It is safer not to take it with other antipyretic analgesics, cold medications, or sedatives. Infants infected with chickenpox or influenza and children under 15 years old must consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication; caution is needed if there are symptoms like nausea or vomiting. Allergic individuals or those who have previously experienced allergic symptoms due to medications should consult a specialist before taking this medication. Individuals with liver, kidney, heart, thyroid diseases, diabetes, hypertension, or those who are frail, elderly, pregnant, or breastfeeding must also consult a doctor before taking it. Those taking other medications should consult a doctor or pharmacist, and individuals with gastrointestinal diseases or persistent gastrointestinal discomfort should exercise caution. If symptoms like rash, itching, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, or swelling occur during use, it is necessary to stop taking the medication immediately and consult a specialist. Severe allergic reactions, skin mucous membrane syndrome, asthma, or symptoms of liver dysfunction should be reported to healthcare providers immediately. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Generally, children under 2 years old should not take this medication unless deemed necessary by a doctor. The prescribed dosage and frequency must be strictly adhered to, and long-term use is not recommended. Alcohol should be avoided during use, and caution is warranted if taken with specific medications, as it may delay the breakdown of acetaminophen. This medication should be kept out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and stored in a cool, dry, and sealed place. It is essential to avoid transferring the medication to another container for quality maintenance.
