Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Ages 15 and older: 2 capsules three times a day, taken 30 minutes after meals

Children's dosage

Ages 8 to under 15: 1 capsule three times a day, taken 30 minutes after meals

Precautions

This medication can put stress on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication or any other analgesic/antipyretic. Rarely, serious skin reactions may occur while taking this medication, so if abnormal symptoms such as rash or itching appear, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Since it contains acetaminophen, care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dose of 4,000 mg, and it should not be taken with other medications containing acetaminophen. Those who are allergic to this medication or its ingredients, have a history of asthma, infants under three months old, and those taking specific antidepressants or psychiatric medications should not take this medication. During treatment, it is advisable not to take cough suppressants, other cold medications, analgesics/antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines simultaneously. Infants with chickenpox or influenza, children under 15 years old, those with allergic tendencies, patients with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, individuals with hypertension or diabetes, those with gastrointestinal problems, as well as pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If abnormal symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, or dizziness occur during use, stop taking the medicine immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Immediate emergency action is required, especially if symptoms like hives, difficulty breathing, or severe skin reactions occur. It is generally not recommended to use this medication in children under 2 years of age, and if necessary, a doctor's consultation is required. Follow the specified dosage and administration precisely, avoid long-term use, and caregivers should closely supervise administration in children. Do not consume alcohol while taking this medication, and caution is needed when taken with specific drugs due to the risk of side effects. Mild side effects

Rash, redness, itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)
