Precautions

This medication should not be used by individuals allergic to benzalkonium chloride or any other ingredients in the medication. Individuals who have experienced allergic symptoms such as rashes, redness, swelling, or irritation from the use of nasal drops in the past should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. It is also important for individuals who are currently receiving treatment from a doctor or have recently undergone nasal surgery or have lesions in the nose to consult with a specialist before using this medication. This medication should only be used for direct nasal application, and for hygiene reasons, it is recommended that one product be used by only one person. When using the medication, it should be administered while lying on the side or tilting the head to prevent the liquid from passing into the throat; otherwise, it may cause sudden spasm in the throat. As it contains benzalkonium chloride, it may cause bronchospasms, and prolonged use may irritate the nasal passages, leading to swelling and edema of the mucosa.
