This medicine may put strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. Rarely, due to the components in this medicine, severe skin rashes or blisters, and serious allergic reactions may occur, so if any unusual symptoms develop on the skin, stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. As it contains acetaminophen, care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dosage, and it should not be taken concurrently with other acetaminophen-containing products to prevent liver damage. Due to the presence of pseudoephedrine, severe skin reactions can occur rarely, so if symptoms such as fever, skin rash, or pustules occur, stop taking it and consult a professional. Individuals allergic to this medicine or its constituents, those who have previously experienced asthma from this medicine, infants under three months of age, and those taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotics should not take it. Patients with severe or uncontrolled hypertension and severe kidney disease should also avoid this medication. It is safer not to take it with other cold medicines, antipyretics, sedatives, antihistamines, etc. In particular, children, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, and those with liver, kidney, or heart conditions must consult a professional before taking it.
