This medication is used to relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, tearing, sore throat, and heaviness in the head caused by colds, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis. It helps patients who are experiencing discomfort from these symptoms to feel more comfortable in their daily lives. Therefore, it is effective in alleviating symptoms related to rhinitis and sinusitis.

How to take

Adult dose

Ages 15 and older: Take 1 capsule 3 times a day after each meal. The dosing interval should be at least 4 hours.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by infants under 3 months of age. Additionally, individuals who are allergic to this medication or its ingredients, or have a history of hypersensitivity, should not take it. Those taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors or who have stopped them within the past two weeks should also not take this medication. While taking this medication, it is advisable not to use other oral medications for rhinitis or cold medications containing antihistamines, cough medicines, expectorants, motion sickness drugs, or allergy medications. Especially, individuals with allergic conditions such as urticaria, dermatitis, migraines, food allergies, or those who have previously experienced allergic reactions such as fever, rash, joint pain, asthma, or itching due to medications should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking. Persons with chronic conditions such as hypertension, heart disease, glaucoma, urinary difficulties, thyroid disease, diabetes, or those who are weak or have a high fever should also consult an expert. Women who are pregnant, may become pregnant, or are breastfeeding, the elderly, and those currently undergoing treatment should also seek advice before taking this medication. Smokers or individuals suffering from severe cough or a cough persisting for more than a week due to asthma, chronic bronchitis, or emphysema should consult an expert before taking. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, severe thirst, constipation, loss of appetite, skin rash, itching, difficulty urinating, headache, flushing of the face, or photophobia occur while taking this medication, it is important to stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Also, severe allergic reactions (such as urticaria, swelling, difficulty breathing) may rarely occur, so if such symptoms appear, you must inform the medical personnel immediately. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, it is important to stop taking this medication and consult an expert. Children under 2 years should not take this medication unless necessary and under a doctor's guidance. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration guidelines and should not be used continuously for long periods. Since drowsiness may occur while taking this medication, avoid driving or operating machinery, and refrain from alcohol consumption. When storing, keep it out of reach of children and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight in a sealed container. To maintain quality, it is advisable not to transfer to another container.
