This medication is used to relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and a feeling of heaviness in the head caused by a cold, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For adolescents aged 12 years and older or adults, spray once into each nostril up to 3 times a day. The interval between applications should be at least 8 hours.

Precautions

This medication should not be used by children under 12 years of age. Individuals who are allergic to this medication or its ingredients or have previously experienced hypersensitivity should not take this product. Individuals currently taking MAO inhibitors such as antidepressants or antipsychotics, or who have stopped taking them within the last two weeks, should not use this medication. Individuals who have had brain surgery or have narrow-angle glaucoma, dry rhinitis, or atrophic rhinitis should not use this medication. Patients with pheochromocytoma or benign prostatic hyperplasia should also avoid this product. Patients with an allergy to propylene glycol should use this medication with caution. Individuals with a history of allergic reactions or those with allergic predispositions should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before use. Patients with hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid problems, or glaucoma must consult a healthcare professional. Caution is also needed for patients taking tricyclic or tetracyclic antidepressants. Patients experiencing symptoms such as insomnia, dizziness, tremors, cardiac arrhythmia, or elevated blood pressure should use this medication with caution. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, and nursing mothers, must follow a healthcare professional's instructions. Patients undergoing treatment or individuals with certain types of cough should consult a doctor before use. If symptoms such as rash, swelling, itching, or irritation occur while using this medication, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional. If symptoms do not improve after 3 days of use, consult a doctor. If rare side effects such as severe headache, nausea, vomiting, visual disturbances arise, stop using the medication immediately and inform a healthcare professional. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and directions, as excessive use can worsen nasal congestion. This medication is intended for nasal use only; do not use it in the eyes or ears. Avoid sharing with others to reduce the risk of contamination. Do not use continuously for more than 7 days. Refrain from consuming alcohol during the use of this medication. When used in children, adult supervision is required. Due to the presence of benzalkonium chloride, long-term use should be avoided as it may cause bronchospasm or nasal mucosal irritation. Store the medication out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place to maintain quality.

Hives, severe swelling, chest tightness, difficulty breathing, fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in mucous membranes of the mouth/eyes, asthma attacks, yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy, sudden and severe headaches, thunderclap headache, seizures, confusion, visual disturbances, paralysis, significant reduction in urine output, severe body swelling with elevated blood pressure, severe allergic reactions, severe skin adverse reactions.
