How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 tablet once daily with water, regardless of meals. It is recommended to take it at the same time each day (e.g., morning). For patients whose blood pressure is not controlled, a dose of 40/5/12.5 mg may be administered, with dosage adjustments made at intervals of more than 2 weeks. The maximum dosage is 80/5/25 mg.

Precautions

This medication should not be used during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters, as it can cause serious harm to the fetus. Patients with severely impaired liver or kidney function may experience side effects such as hepatic coma or renal failure when taking this medication, so caution is required.
