It can also improve systemic symptoms like chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle aches. When these symptoms appear together, it alleviates discomfort for the patient. Therefore, it is used to effectively relieve cold symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

Ages 15 and older: 2 capsules taken 3 times a day, 30 minutes after meals

Child dose

Ages 8 to under 15: 1 capsule taken 3 times a day, 30 minutes after meals

Precautions

This medication may burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. Due to the components in this medication, serious skin reactions such as skin rashes or blisters may rarely occur, so if any abnormal skin symptoms appear, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Care should be taken not to exceed a maximum of 4,000mg of acetaminophen per day, and it is advisable to avoid taking other products containing acetaminophen at the same time. Additionally, some ingredients in this medication may cause severe skin reactions, so if symptoms such as fever, red spots, or pus-filled blisters appear, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. This medication is not recommended for individuals with specific allergic constitutions or a history of asthma, infants under 3 months of age, those taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications, and those with severe hypertension or kidney diseases. While taking this medication, avoid combining it with other cold medicines, antipyretics, analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children, pregnant women, the elderly, and individuals with liver, kidney, or heart diseases should consult a specialist before taking it. If any abnormal symptoms occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult a specialist.
