How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 years and older: 1 tablet 1 to 3 times a day. Avoid taking on an empty stomach. Ensure an interval of at least 6 hours for taking twice daily, or at least 4 hours for taking three times daily.

Precautions

This medication can pose a risk of liver damage or gastrointestinal bleeding if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages a day, thus consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is essential. Acetaminophen, included in this medication, can rarely cause serious skin reactions; if a rash or allergic symptoms occur after taking, you must stop taking it immediately. Care must be taken to not exceed a maximum daily dose of 4,000mg of acetaminophen, and it should not be taken together with other products that contain acetaminophen. Those who are allergic to this medication or have experienced hypersensitivity, those with a history of asthma, and children under 15 years of age should not take it. During use, it is safest not to take other antipyretic pain relievers, cold medicines, or sedatives at the same time. Children with chickenpox or suspected influenza, those with allergic constitutions or a history of drug allergies, patients with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, hypertension, diabetes patients, the elderly, pregnant women, and breastfeeding mothers should consult professionals before taking this medication. Individuals with gastrointestinal issues such as heartburn, stomach pain, or gastrointestinal bleeding, as well as those losing fluids due to vomiting or diarrhea, or those taking diuretics, also need to be cautious. If unusual symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, gastrointestinal bleeding, dizziness, hearing impairment, or swelling occur after taking, you must stop taking it immediately and consult with a professional. If severe symptoms such as hives, severe swelling, chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, and paleness occur along with a high fever, immediate emergency treatment should be sought. Children under 2 years of age should only take it after a doctor's consultation, and the prescribed dosage and administration guidelines must be strictly followed. Long-term use should be avoided, and alcohol should be abstained from during use. Taking this medication with barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, or alcohol may delay the breakdown of acetaminophen, so caution is needed. Taking this medication with certain antibiotics (e.g., flucloxacillin) may rarely result in serious metabolic acidosis; in such cases, immediate consultation with a professional is required. Keep out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry place. It is also advisable not to transfer to other containers for quality maintenance.
