Precautions

This medication can put stress on the liver, so those who regularly consume more than three cups of alcohol a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. If any unusual reactions such as skin rash, itching, or blisters occur while taking this medication, stop immediately and consult a professional. Since it contains acetaminophen, care should be taken not to exceed the maximum dosage of 4,000mg per day, and it should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen. Additionally, this medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to it or have peptic ulcers, severe blood disorders, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, or impaired heart function. Those with a history of aspirin-induced asthma, those taking certain antidepressants or barbiturate drugs, and those who consume alcohol should also avoid taking this medication. People with compromised liver or kidney function, hypersensitivity, asthma, bleeding tendencies, the elderly, pregnant and nursing women, and those taking warfarin long-term should consult a professional before using this medication. If serious symptoms such as breathing difficulties, severe rashes, nausea, hemorrhage, or skin reactions occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a healthcare provider. It is advisable to bring the attached documentation of this medication in such situations. This medication helps relieve symptoms but is not a treatment for the underlying cause, so regular blood tests and liver function tests are important for long-term use. Especially in children and the elderly, it should be taken at the minimum effective dose with attention to adverse reactions. Avoid taking it with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and do not use it for more than 10 days for pain relief or more than 3 days for fever reduction. In case of overdose, seek medical treatment immediately, even without symptoms, as specific medications may be required to protect the liver. Store the medication in a sealed container at room temperature away from children, and it is safer not to transfer it from its original container to another.
