This medication helps relieve a variety of symptoms caused by colds, including nasal discharge, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain. It effectively improves cold symptoms and reduces discomfort for the patient.

How to take

Adult dose

Ages 15 years and older: 2 capsules three times a day, taken 30 minutes after meals

Child dose

Ages 8 years to under 15 years: 1 capsule three times a day, taken 30 minutes after meals

Precautions

This medication contains pseudoephedrine, which may rarely cause serious skin adverse reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis. If fever or red spots on the skin or small blisters develop, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication should not be taken by individuals with a history of hypersensitivity reactions or those who have experienced asthma, infants under 3 months old, individuals taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotics, or patients with severe hypertension or kidney disease. During use, it is important not to take other cold medications, antipyretics, expectorants, or antihistamines. Children infected with chickenpox or influenza, individuals with allergic constitutions, and those with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, as well as pregnant or breastfeeding women, should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. If any unusual symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, dizziness, severe headache, or difficulty breathing occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult medical personnel. It is generally recommended that children under 2 years old do not use this medication, and if necessary, must be evaluated by a physician. Follow the prescribed dosage and administration carefully, do not use for long periods, and avoid alcohol. Drowsiness may occur; therefore, refrain from driving or operating machinery. Store this medication out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place. Do not transfer to another container, and ensure caution to prevent misuse.
