Adult dose

Take up to three times a day avoiding an empty stomach. Maintain an interval of at least 4 hours between doses. Adults (15 years and older): 1 tablet per dose

This medication should not be taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages daily without consulting a doctor or pharmacist first to prevent liver damage. People who consume excessive alcohol while taking this medication may have an increased risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and should exercise caution. Care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dose of 4,000 mg of acetaminophen as it contains this ingredient, and it should not be taken with other products that contain acetaminophen. If any severe skin reactions such as a rash, itching, or fever occur during treatment, the medication should be stopped immediately, and medical advice should be sought. Individuals who are allergic to this medication or its components, have a history of asthma, infants under three months of age, and children under 15 years of age should not take this medication. It should not be taken together with other analgesics, cold medicines, or sedatives, and individuals with certain diseases or those taking other medications should consult a doctor or pharmacist beforehand. If symptoms such as rash, vomiting, dizziness, hearing anomalies, or swelling occur during treatment, the medication should be stopped immediately, and a doctor should be consulted. Children under two years of age should not take this medication except in special cases, and the prescribed dosage and administration should be strictly followed. It is advisable to avoid alcohol while taking this medication, and long-term use should be avoided. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.

Serious side effects

• Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor
• Severe rash, blisters, skin peeling, pain in oral/ocular mucosa along with high fever
• Difficulty breathing or trouble breathing, asthma attack, cough with fever accompanying respiratory abnormalities
• Yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice), general malaise
• Pallor with hives, edema, chest tightness, cold extremities, cold sweat, and difficulty breathing
