This medication is used to relieve various symptoms caused by a cold. It alleviates nasal symptoms such as a runny nose or nasal congestion, as well as sore throat pain. Additionally, it improves systemic symptoms such as chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain. Therefore, it helps to comprehensively relieve cold symptoms.

This medication can cause liver damage if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks per day, so consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is essential. Additionally, there can be very rare but serious skin reactions such as severe rashes or blisters; thus, if any unusual skin symptoms occur, discontinue use immediately. This medicine contains acetaminophen, so care must be taken not to exceed a maximum of 4,000mg per day, and it should not be taken together with other acetaminophen-containing products. If symptoms such as fever, reddish spots, or blisters occur due to the pseudoephedrine component, use should be discontinued, and a healthcare professional should be consulted. Individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medication or have previously provoked asthma, infants under 3 months old, those taking certain antidepressants, and patients with severe hypertension or kidney disease should not take this medication. While taking this medication, do not combine it with cough medicines, other cold medications, analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Especially in children or the elderly, individuals with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, pregnant or lactating women should definitely consult with a professional before taking. If any unusual symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, dizziness, or difficulty breathing occur during use, discontinue taking the medication immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Generally, it should not be given to children under the age of 2, except under special circumstances, and dosage instructions should be strictly followed. Also, avoid alcohol and be cautious of drowsiness, so refrain from driving or operating machinery, and it is advisable not to use the medication for prolonged periods. This medication should be stored out of reach of children in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and should not be transferred to another container.
