Precautions

People who regularly consume more than three servings of alcohol daily should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication, as it may cause liver damage when taken with this drug or other antipyretic analgesics. If any hypersensitivity reactions such as rash or itching occur while taking this medication, immediately discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional, as severe skin conditions may rarely occur. Since this medication contains acetaminophen, do not exceed the maximum daily dosage of 4,000mg. Avoid taking it with other acetaminophen-containing products to reduce the risk of liver damage. People with allergies to this medication or its components, or those who have experienced asthma from it in the past, should not take it. Infants under three months old and individuals taking certain antidepressants and antipsychotics should also avoid it. It is recommended to avoid taking this medication along with cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, individuals with allergic tendencies, liver or kidney diseases should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. For pregnant or lactating women, consulting a physician before use is recommended. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, or dizziness occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Urgent care is needed, especially for symptoms like hives, difficulty breathing, severe skin reactions, or liver function abnormalities. Children under the age of two should generally not use this medication, and if necessary, medical consultation should be sought. This medication should be strictly used according to the prescribed dosage and duration, and long-term use is not recommended. Avoid alcohol while taking this medication, and be cautious when driving or operating machinery, as drowsiness may occur. Caution is needed as the metabolism of acetaminophen may slow down when taken with certain medications. Rarely, metabolic acidosis may occur when taken with flucloxacillin, so discontinue use immediately if symptoms arise. This medication should be kept out of reach of children, stored in a container that is impervious to light, and kept in a cool, dry place.
