This medication is effective for alleviating various types of pain, including headaches, toothaches, sore throats, and reduces pain after tooth extraction, traumatic pain, joint pain, and muscle pain. It also improves symptoms through its antipyretic action when chills and fever accompany pain. It is used to alleviate discomfort caused by pain and fever.
How to take
Adult dose
Aged 15 years and older: 3 packets Take up to 3 times a day, avoiding empty stomach. Maintain an interval of at least 4 hours between doses.
Child dose
Aged 11 to under 15 years: 2 packets Aged 7 to under 11 years: 3/2 packets Aged 3 to under 7 years: 1 packet (10 mL) Aged 2 to under 3 years: 3/4 packet Daily
Precautions
This medication may stress the liver, so individuals who regularly consume three or more alcoholic beverages daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. Additionally, the acetaminophen in this medication can rarely cause serious skin reactions, so if symptoms such as a rash or itching occur, stop taking the medication immediately. Take care not to exceed 4,000 mg of acetaminophen from this medication per day and do not take it together with other acetaminophen-containing medications. Individuals who have an allergy to this medication or have previously experienced asthma after taking this medication or similar medications should not take it. Infants under 3 months old should not take this medication. While taking this medication, do not take other antipyretic analgesics, cold remedies, or sedatives together. Children who have had or are suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, individuals with drug allergies, those with liver, kidney, or heart disease, the elderly, pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, dizziness, or swelling occur while taking, stop taking and consult a specialist immediately. Particularly inform medical personnel immediately if severe allergic reactions, symptoms of skin peeling or blistering, breathing difficulties, or jaundice appear. Children under 2 years old should generally not use this medication, and if absolutely necessary, it should be done under the guidance of a physician. Be sure to follow the prescribed method of administration and dosage, avoid long-term use, and ensure supervision of children while taking. Do not consume alcohol while taking this medication, and caution is required when taken with certain other medications. This medication should be stored in a cool, dry place out of reach of children and should not be transferred to another container to maintain quality.
