Adult dose

Ages 15 and over: 1 dose of 20 mL (4 pouches) taken 5-6 times daily after meals. Dosing intervals should be at least 4 hours apart.

Child dose

Ages 11 to under 15 years: 1 dose of 13.3 mL Ages 8 to under 11 years: 1 dose of 10 mL Ages 5 to under 8 years: 1 dose of 6.7 mL Ages 3 and over ~

This medicine should not be taken by infants under 3 months old or by anyone allergic to this medicine or its components. Additionally, individuals currently taking or who have recently stopped taking MAO inhibitors, such as antidepressants or antipsychotics, should not take this medication. It is safe to avoid taking other cough medications, cold medicines, antihistamines, or sedatives while using this medicine. Those with a history of allergic reactions, such as fever, rash, or itching from medications, should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. Persons with liver, kidney, heart, thyroid diseases, diabetes, hypertension, elderly individuals, pregnant or nursing women should also consult a professional before use. Especially for smokers, asthmatics, individuals with chronic bronchitis or emphysema, or those with a persistent or recurring cough lasting over a week, consultation with a healthcare professional is essential before using this medicine. If symptoms like rash, itching, nausea, dizziness, anxiety, tremor, or insomnia occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and contact a professional. Also, if symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 doses, discontinue use and seek medical attention. This medicine should not be administered to children under 2 years of age, unless absolutely necessary and upon consultation with a doctor. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and administration, and ensure proper supervision when administering to children. Avoid alcohol while taking this medication and store it out of reach of children. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture in a sealed container, and do not transfer to another container to maintain quality.
