This medication is used to relieve various symptoms of the cold, such as sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 years and older, take 1 tablet 3 times a day after meals, 30 minutes after eating.

Precautions

This medication may put strain on the liver, so those who regularly consume more than three drinks per day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. If serious rashes, blisters, or itching appear during the use of this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. As it contains acetaminophen, care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dosage of 4000 mg, and it should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen. Do not take this medication if you have an allergy to it or its components, or if you have a history of triggering asthma, are infants under 3 months of age, or have certain genetic metabolic disorders. People taking MAO inhibitors such as antidepressants or antipsychotics, or those who have stopped taking them within the last two weeks, should not use this medication. Do not combine this medication with other oral medications including expectorants, other cold medicines, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children with chickenpox or suspected influenza, those with allergic dispositions or a history of allergic reactions to medications, individuals with liver, kidney, heart diseases, and the elderly should consult a healthcare professional before use. If you experience rashes, vomiting, dizziness, shortness of breath, or severe reactions on the skin or mucous membranes during treatment, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Children under 2 years of age should not take this medication unless in special cases, and should seek a doctor's advice if necessary. Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and avoid prolonged use. Alcohol should be avoided during treatment, and caution is advised as certain medications may affect liver function when taken together.   • Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), severe lethargy → liver issues (jaundice)

Mild side effects

Rash/redness, itching, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)
