This medication is used to relieve various symptoms of a cold, including sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

How to take

Adult dose

Aged 15 years and over: Take 1 pouch (20 mL) 3 times daily after meals, with a dosing interval of 4 hours.

Child dose

Ages 11 to under 15 years: 2/3 pouch, ages 7 to under 11 years: 1/2 pouch, ages 3 to under 7 years: 1/3 pouch, ages 2 to under 3 years: 1/4 pouch taken 1

Precautions

This medicine may put stress on the liver; therefore, those who regularly consume more than three servings of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. The acetaminophen ingredient in this medication can rarely cause serious skin disorders. If a rash or hypersensitivity reaction occurs, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a professional. Taking more than the maximum daily dose of acetaminophen can lead to liver damage, so do not take this medication in combination with other medications containing acetaminophen. People with a history of allergy to this medication or its components, or those who have experienced asthma, should not take it. Infants under three months old or individuals taking certain anti-depressants or MAO inhibitors, or who have recently stopped taking them, should not use this medication. While taking this medication, it is safer not to take cough and phlegm medicines, other cold medicines, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines.   • Yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme fatigue → liver abnormalities (jaundice)
  • Symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fever, etc. → interstitial pneumonia
  • Shock (anaphylaxis)

Mild side effects

Rash, redness, itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)
