Adult dose

Aged 15 and older: Take 1 sachet 3 times a day.

This drug may place a burden on the liver; therefore, individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol a day must consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. The acetaminophen component included in this medicine can, in rare cases, cause severe skin reactions, so if a rash or hypersensitive reaction occurs, use should be stopped immediately. Care should be taken not to exceed the daily maximum dosage of acetaminophen, and it should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen. People who are allergic to this drug or its components, who have had experiences that induced asthma, infants under 3 months of age, and those currently taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotic medications should not use this product. While taking this drug, it is not advisable to take medications that include cough or expectorant drugs, other cold medications, fever-reducing painkillers, sedatives, or antihistamines together. Children suspected of having or having had chickenpox or influenza, individuals with allergic constitutions, those with liver or kidney disease, those with gastrointestinal disorders, and pregnant or lactating women should consult a professional before taking this medication. If you experience symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, or dizziness after taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. If symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 doses, a visit to the hospital is recommended. In general, it should not be given to children under 2 years of age unless in special cases, and it is important to adhere to prescribed dosages and avoid prolonged use. During use, alcohol should be avoided, and caution is necessary if taken with certain diuretics or products containing licorice, as this may increase the risk of side effects. When taken with certain antibiotics, metabolic acidosis and other side effects may occur, so medical guidance must be followed. When storing, keep in a tightly sealed container in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children, and do not transfer to another container.

Serious side effects

• Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor → Anaphylaxis (shock)
• Severe rash, blisters, skin peeling, pain in oral/conjunctival mucosa with high fever → Mucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), Toxic epidermal necrolysis
• Difficulty breathing or wheezing, asthma attacks, respiratory distress accompanied by cough + fever → Asthma, Interstitial pneumonia
• Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), systemic reaction

Mild side effects

Rash / reddening (hyperemia), itching, nausea / vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)

This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent air and moisture from entering. Additionally, it is recommended to store it at room temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees.
