Precautions

This drug may burden the liver, so those who consume more than three alcoholic beverages daily should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. The acetaminophen component included in this medicine can rarely cause severe skin rashes, blisters, and allergic reactions, so if any abnormal symptoms appear on the skin, immediate cessation of use is required. The maximum daily dosage of acetaminophen should not exceed 4,000mg, and it is important to avoid taking it with other medications containing acetaminophen to prevent liver damage. If symptoms such as fever, skin rashes, or small blisters occur due to the pseudoephedrine component, stop taking the medicine and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Those with a history of allergic reactions to this medication or who have experienced asthma triggers, infants under 3 months old, and those taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotic medications should not take this medicine. It is also safe for individuals with severe or uncontrolled hypertension or severe kidney diseases to avoid this medication. Do not take this medicine with cough suppressants, other cold medicines, antipyretics/pain relievers, sedatives, or antihistamines to avoid drug interactions. Children who have chickenpox or influenza, individuals with specific allergic conditions, and those with liver, kidney, heart, thyroid diseases, or conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, or digestive issues should consult healthcare professionals before taking this medication. If during use, symptoms such as rashes, itching, vomiting, urinary issues, dizziness, or insomnia occur, stop taking the medicine immediately and consult a doctor, as rare but severe allergic reactions, skin conditions, or liver function abnormalities may also occur, so caution is advised. Children under 2 years of age are generally advised not to take this medicine, and caregivers should closely monitor children when administering. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and duration of use, avoid long-term use, refrain from alcohol consumption during treatment, and be cautious when driving or operating machinery due to potential drowsiness. Additionally, caution is necessary as the metabolism of acetaminophen may slow down when taken with certain drugs, increasing the risk of side effects. Store this medicine in a tightly sealed container away from air and moisture, and keep at room temperature between 1 degree Celsius and 30 degrees Celsius to maintain its efficacy.
