Relief of symptoms such as nasal congestion and runny nose caused by colds (acute rhinitis), allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis.
This medication is used to relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, tearing, sore throat, and heaviness in the head caused by colds (acute rhinitis), allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis.
Aged 15 and above: 1 capsule per dose, taken 3 times a day. Take after meals and maintain a dosage interval of at least 4 hours.
This drug contains pseudoephedrine, which can rarely cause serious skin reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis. If symptoms such as fever or red spots and small blisters on the skin occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication should not be taken by infants under 3 months, children under 15 years, or individuals allergic to this drug or its ingredients. Additionally, those currently taking or who have recently discontinued MAO inhibitors, such as antidepressants or antipsychotics within the last two weeks, or patients with uncontrolled severe hypertension, or severe renal disease should also refrain from use. It is safer not to use this medication in conjunction with other cold medications, allergy medications, cough medicines, or motion sickness pills. Individuals with a history of hives or allergies or who have previously experienced allergic symptoms such as rashes, fever, or itching due to medications should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Consultation is also necessary for those with hypertension, heart disease, renal disease, edema, glaucoma, urinary retention, or those who are weak or have a high fever. Elderly patients, those currently under treatment, and those with chronic cough or severe phlegm should be cautious as well. If severe symptoms such as hives, difficulty breathing, swelling of the face or limbs, sudden severe headache, vomiting, confusion, seizures, or visual disturbances occur during use, discontinue and consult healthcare personnel immediately. Also, if symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, constipation, loss of appetite, rash, itching, urinary retention, headache, facial flushing, or light sensitivity occur, consult a professional. It is crucial to adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration and to avoid prolonged use. Since drowsiness may occur during use, avoid driving or operating machinery, and it is advisable not to consume alcohol. Children under 2 years of age should not take this medication except in special cases, and if necessary, a doctor's consultation is advised. This medication should be kept out of reach of children and stored in a cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture, in a tightly sealed container, and should not be transferred to another container.
