The acetaminophen included in this medication can rarely cause serious skin reactions, so if symptoms such as rash or itching appear, immediately stop taking the medication and consult a specialist. The maximum daily dose of acetaminophen should not exceed 4,000 mg, and it should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen. People with an allergy to this medication or its ingredients, those who have experienced asthma, infants under 3 months old, and individuals taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotics should not take this medication. During use, it is advisable not to take other medications like cough medicine, cold medicine, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children with chickenpox or suspected influenza, individuals with allergies, or those with multiple conditions such as liver, kidney, or heart disorders should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If unusual symptoms such as rash, vomiting, dizziness, or urinary problems occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a specialist, and visit a hospital if the symptoms do not improve. It is generally advised that children under 2 years do not use this medication, and if necessary, they should be evaluated by a doctor. When taking this medication, adhere to the prescribed dosage and avoid prolonged use, ensuring that it is given to children under adult supervision. Avoid alcohol during use, and since drowsiness may occur, it is advised to refrain from driving or operating machinery. When taken with certain medications, the breakdown of acetaminophen may be delayed, so caution should be exercised with concomitant use, and if abnormal symptoms are suspected, discontinue the medication. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and kept in a cool, dry place in a tightly sealed container. Additionally, it is important to not transfer the medication to another container to maintain quality.
