This medication is used for patients who need to take telmisartan/amlodipine combination and rosuvastatin simultaneously. The telmisartan/amlodipine combination helps effectively lower blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension who have difficulty controlling blood pressure with monotherapy. Rosuvastatin reduces cholesterol levels and improves vascular health in patients with hypercholesterolemia and hyperlipidemia that are not controlled by dietary measures. Additionally, it helps reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases, contributing to lowering the risk of stroke, myocardial infarction, and arterial revascularization. Therefore, this drug combination is used to manage hypertension and hyperlipidemia simultaneously, improving cardiovascular health.
