This medication is effective in relieving various types of pain such as headaches, toothaches, and sore throats, and is used to soothe different types of pain including joint pain, muscle pain, and neuralgia. Additionally, it helps alleviate symptoms of chills or fever through its antipyretic action. Therefore, it is effectively used to reduce pain and lower fever.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 years and older: take 1 tablet, up to 3 times a day. Avoid taking on an empty stomach. The dosing interval should be more than 4 hours.

Precautions

This medication can cause liver damage in individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks per day; therefore, consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is essential. If severe rash, blisters, itching, or other symptoms appear during the use of this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a health professional. This medication contains acetaminophen, so care must be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dose of 4,000mg, and it should not be taken in conjunction with other products containing acetaminophen. Individuals who have experienced allergic reactions to this medication or its components, have a history of asthma, or are infants under 3 months old should not take this medication. Additionally, those with lactose intolerance or specific genetic metabolic disorders should also avoid taking this medicine. During use, do not take this medication with other antipyretic analgesics, cold medicines, or sedatives. Children suspected of having had chickenpox or influenza, individuals with a history of allergies, and those with liver, kidney, or heart diseases or elderly individuals, pregnant or breastfeeding women must consult a health professional before taking this medication. If any abnormal symptoms such as rash, vomiting, dizziness, or swelling appear after use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a medical professional; if symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, seek medical attention. Children under 2 years of age should generally not be administered this medication except in special circumstances, and the prescribed dosage and method should be strictly followed. Alcohol consumption should be avoided during treatment, and it is advisable not to use this medication for extended periods. Take care regarding interactions when using certain drugs together, and store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children.

Mild side effects

Rash, erythema (redness), itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, dizziness, swelling, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)
