This medication is effective for fever and pain resulting from colds, headaches, neuralgia, muscle pain, menstrual pain, and sprain-related pain. It is also used for relieving various kinds of pain such as toothaches, joint pain, and rheumatic pain. This efficacy helps manage multiple types of pain effectively.

How to take

Adult dose

1-2 packets at a time, 3-4 times daily (every 4-6 hours). Take directly on the tongue without water as needed. Do not exceed 4 grams (8 packets) in one day. This medication should be taken at the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration possible.

Child dose

Children aged 12 or older: 1-2 packets at a time, 3-4 times daily (every 4-6 hours). Take directly on the tongue without water as needed. Do not exceed 4 grams (8 packets) in one day.

Precautions

This medication may burden the liver, so those who regularly consume more than three drinks of alcohol daily should consult a physician or pharmacist before use. If serious skin rashes or blisters appear during use of this medication, it should be discontinued immediately and consultation with medical personnel should take place. Care should be taken not to exceed 4,000 mg per day of the active ingredient in this medication, and the same limit applies when taking other medications. Do not use this medication if you are allergic to its components, have peptic ulcers, severe blood problems, severely impaired liver or kidney function, or have significantly weak heart function. It is advised that individuals with asthma, those taking certain medications, or those who have consumed alcohol should also avoid this medication. Patients with liver or kidney disease, peptic ulcers, blood disorders, tendencies for bleeding, heart problems, hypersensitivity, asthma, elderly patients, or those who are pregnant or nursing should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as difficulty breathing, widespread rashes, severe vomiting, gastrointestinal bleeding, skin rash, or severe allergic reactions occur during use, discontinue the medication immediately and consult medical personnel. Patients using this medication for an extended period should regularly undergo blood tests and liver function tests to check for abnormalities. Children and the elderly should take the minimum necessary dosage, and their condition should be monitored closely after taking the medication. Avoid taking this medication together with other anti-inflammatory pain relievers, and do not use it for more than 10 days for pain relief or for more than 3 days for fever without a doctor's or pharmacist's directive. In the case of an overdose, seek immediate medical attention for liver protective therapy, even if no symptoms are present. This medication contains lactose, so patients with lactose intolerance should not take it, and it should be stored in a tightly closed container out of reach of children.
