Relief of cold (fever, pain) and pain (headache, neuralgia)
This medication is effective for fever and pain caused by colds, headaches, neuralgia, muscle pain, menstrual pain, and sprains. It can also be used for tooth pain, joint pain, and rheumatic pain. It helps relieve pain and improve the discomfort of patients.
For children aged 7 to 12 years, the recommended single dosage should be taken directly on the tongue without water every 4 to 6 hours as needed. This medication should be taken for the shortest duration possible at the minimum effective dose, not exceeding 5 times a day (75 mg)
This medication can put a strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol per day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. Additionally, if severe rashes, blisters, or allergic reactions occur during the use of this medication, it should be stopped immediately and a professional consulted. This medication contains acetaminophen, so it is important to ensure that the maximum daily dosage does not exceed 4,000 mg, and it should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen. Individuals with hypersensitivity, peptic ulcers, severe liver or kidney impairment, heart failure, or a history of aspirin-induced asthma are advised not to take this medication. It should also be avoided if taking barbiturates or tricyclic antidepressants, and it should not be taken while under the influence of alcohol. Those with liver or kidney impairment, peptic ulcers, blood disorders, bleeding tendencies, heart issues, hypersensitivity, bronchial asthma, elderly individuals, children under 2 years of age, pregnant women, and nursing mothers must consult their doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Particularly, individuals taking warfarin or flucloxacillin should be cautious when taking this medication together. If symptoms such as difficulty breathing, redness of the face or body, hives, severe nausea, vomiting, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe skin rashes, or jaundice occur during use, the medication should be stopped immediately and medical personnel should be consulted. This medication requires regular blood tests and liver function tests during long-term use, and if abnormalities are found, dosage adjustments or discontinuation may be necessary. In the case of overdose, even without symptoms, treatment should be sought immediately at a hospital, and medications for liver protection may be required. Finally, this medication contains lactose, so those with lactose intolerance or related genetic disorders should not take it. Store it in its original container in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
