Use 15 mL once, twice a day, rinsing the mouth for about 1 minute before spitting it out. Precautions

This medication may disrupt the normal bacterial balance in the mouth, so it is advisable not to use it for an extended period. Individuals who have had an allergic reaction to this medication should not use it. Those with asthma or allergic disorders, or a history of such conditions, should exercise caution when using this medication. During use, staining may occur on teeth and in the mouth, and calculus may increase, as well as a change in oral sensation. Care should be taken, especially in children, as the oral mucosa may weaken. In rare cases, severe allergic reactions may cause dizziness, difficulty breathing, seizures, etc., and if these symptoms occur, use should be discontinued immediately, and medical attention should be sought. If allergic symptoms such as rash or urticaria develop, use should be stopped, as severe cases may lead to life-threatening shock. Occasionally, inflammation of the salivary glands may occur after using this medication. In the case of a general bacterial infection, antibiotics should be used instead of this medication, and it is typically not used for more than 10 days. In cases of both gingivitis and periodontitis, the results of periodontitis treatment should not be assessed solely based on the condition of gingivitis after using this medication. Staining may occur on surfaces such as teeth, prostheses, and the back of the tongue, so caution is required. Those using rough or gap-filled prostheses may experience increased staining, so it should be used cautiously, and those who do not wish to have staining should avoid using it. Pregnant women should only use this medication when the benefits outweigh the risks, and breastfeeding women should use it cautiously as it may pass into breast milk. For children under 18 years of age, caution is needed as the safety and efficacy of this medication are not well established. This medication should only be used for rinsing the mouth and must not be ingested. When storing, keep it out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight. It should also not be kept close to flames.
