This medication is used to relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and heaviness in the head caused by acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis.

This medication should not be used by children under 7 years of age or infants under 2 years of age. Also, individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients should not use it. People taking MAO inhibitors such as antidepressants or antipsychotics, or those who have stopped taking them within the last 2 weeks should also avoid using this medication. Before using this medication, individuals with allergies or a history of drug allergy symptoms must consult a physician or pharmacist. Patients with high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disorders, glaucoma, etc., should also consult with a professional before use. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, as well as those undergoing treatment, should seek advice. Caution is also needed in cases of severe cough or respiratory diseases such as asthma and chronic bronchitis. People allergic to propylene glycol, which is included in this medication, should use it cautiously.
