This medication is used to relieve fever and pain caused by colds, headaches, neuralgia, muscle pain, menstrual pain, and pain due to sprains. How to take

Adult dose

1-2 packets at a time, 3-4 times a day (every 4-6 hours), can be taken directly on the tongue without water. Do not exceed a maximum of 4 grams (8 packets) in one day. This medication should be taken at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration possible.

Child dose

Children aged 12 years or older: 1-2 packets at a time, 3-4 times a day (every 4-6 hours), can be taken directly on the tongue without water. Do not exceed a maximum of 4 grams (8 packets) in one day.

Precautions

This medication can burden the liver, so those who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Additionally, severe skin reactions may occur rarely after taking this medication, so if a rash or allergic symptoms appear, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Caution should be exercised not to exceed the maximum daily dose of 4,000mg, as this medication contains acetaminophen, and it should not be taken with other acetaminophen-containing products. Mild side effects

Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, rash, pruritic (itchy) rash, fixed rash, elevated AST, elevated ALT, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)
