This medication is used for the treatment of gastric ulcers and duodenal ulcers. It is also effective for alleviating symptoms of erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease. Additionally, it is used in the long-term maintenance therapy of gastroesophageal reflux disease to help manage symptoms continuously. It is used to improve gastrointestinal diseases due to these effects.

How to take

Adult dose

For adults, for gastric ulcers and duodenal ulcers, 10/700 mg should be taken orally once a day, and depending on symptoms, it may be increased to 20/700 mg once a day. For gastric ulcers, treatment can last up to 8 weeks, and for duodenal ulcers, up to 6 weeks. For erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease, take 10/700 mg or 20/700 mg once daily for 4 to 8 weeks. If symptoms are not resolved after 8 weeks of treatment, further evaluation is needed.
