How to take

Adult dose

For typical adults: 2 capsules three times a day, before meals or between meals.

Child dose

For ages 7 to 14 years: 1 capsule three times a day, before meals or between meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by infants under 5 years of age. This medication contains lactose; individuals with genetic issues such as galactose intolerance, lactose enzyme deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should avoid taking it. Patients with high blood pressure, heart or kidney conditions, edema, or those with weak constitution or weak stomach must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. People who have had allergic reactions from medications, such as skin rashes or itching, should also consult with a professional before taking. It is important for women who are pregnant, potentially pregnant, or elderly, and those currently taking other medications to consult with a professional before taking this drug. If experiencing unusual symptoms such as decreased urine output, swelling of the face or extremities, increased blood pressure, headache, muscle weakness, limb cramps, skin rashes, loss of appetite, nausea while taking this drug, immediately stop taking it and consult a professional. If symptoms do not improve after several days, stop taking and consult a professional.
