For oral administration. Use in adult men The recommended dose of this medicine is 10mg, taken before anticipated sexual activity, with or without food. Precautions

This medication treats erectile dysfunction, and the cause must be determined through a doctor’s diagnosis and physical examination before use. Sexual activity may put strain on the heart, so patients with cardiovascular disease must be evaluated for their heart condition before use. If an erection lasts longer than 4 hours after taking this medication, seek immediate medical help, as untreated cases can result in penile tissue damage and loss of erectile function. Patients taking nitrate medications or NO donors must not use this medication as it can cause dangerously low blood pressure. Patients who have recently experienced severe cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction, angina, heart failure, or stroke should not take this medication. Patients with hereditary retinal disorders or certain blood diseases should also avoid using this medication, and it should not be administered in cases of hypersensitivity. Using this medication with other erectile dysfunction treatments is not recommended as safety and effectiveness have not been confirmed. Patients with severely impaired kidney or liver function should carefully decide on dosage adjustments or whether to use this medication. Care should be taken when using it with alpha blockers or strong CYP3A4 inhibitors as the risk of side effects may increase. In clinical trials, headaches, dyspepsia, back pain, myalgia, flushing, limb pain, nasopharyngitis, upper respiratory tract infections, cough, diarrhea, gastroesophageal reflux disease, abdominal pain, dizziness, itching, rash, sweating, blurred vision, color abnormalities, conjunctivitis, eye pain, increased tear production, eyelid swelling, sudden hearing reduction or loss, tinnitus, elevated blood urea nitrogen, decreased hemoglobin, anxiety, sleep disturbances, dry mouth, heartburn, and drowsiness were commonly reported, most of which were mild or moderate. If sudden vision loss or hearing reduction occurs while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor. Taking this medication with alcohol may cause hypotension and dizziness, so excessive drinking should be avoided. In case of overdose, standard treatment should be received, and dialysis is not effective for removing this medication.
