This drug is used to relieve various symptoms of a cold, such as sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults aged 15 years and above: 1 pouch (20 mL) taken three times a day after meals, 30 minutes. The interval between doses is generally 4 hours.

Child dose

Children aged 11 to less than 15 years: 2/3 pouch taken three times a day after meals, 30 minutes. Children aged 7 to less than 11 years: 1/2 pouch taken three times a day after meals, 30 minutes. Children aged 3 and above ∼

Precautions

This drug may burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. If severe rash or blistering appears on the skin while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult an expert. This medication contains acetaminophen, and exceeding the maximum daily dose may cause liver damage, so it should not be taken with other acetaminophen-containing medications. Individuals with allergies to this drug or its components, or who have experienced asthma, infants under 3 months old, or those taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotics should not use this product. Hives, swelling (severe swelling), tightness in the chest, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor (anaphylactic shock); severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain of oral/eye mucosa (Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis); asthma attacks, respiratory distress with cough and fever (interstitial pneumonia); jaundice (yellowing of skin or eyes), extreme fatigue (liver dysfunction)

Mild side effects

Rash, redness, itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)
